Sloop Scaynes Hill - Vander Homes

What warranties come with a Vander Home?

All Vander Homes come with a comprehensive new-build warranty covering structural elements and key components, giving you peace of mind from the moment you move in. Full warranty details are provided as part of the purchase process.

How energy efficient are your properties?

Built for the future, every Vander home achieves an exceptional A or B Energy Efficiency Rating. By combining advanced insulation with state-of-the-art heating systems, we deliver a living environment that is not only environmentally responsible but also significantly more economical to run.

Who builds your homes?

Vander Homes works with experienced, trusted construction partners who share our commitment to quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering homes built to last.

How does the snagging work?

We carry out snagging before you move in, shortly after completion, and again at 6 and 12 months. Because happy homeowners matter to us, our dedicated finisher is also available five days a week to assist outside of these set snagging dates

How long does the purchase take?

Every home has its legal pack ready before you view. Once you onboard with the independent lawyer, you can move to exchange in days, avoiding the usual delays and frustrating conveyancing process.

Do you accept part exchange?

Part Exchange may be available on selected developments. This allows you to use your existing property as part of the purchase, helping to simplify the moving process. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

How do reservations work?

Once you’ve chosen your home, a reservation fee secures the property for an agreed period. During this time, the home is taken off the market while legal and purchasing steps are completed.
